If you wish to proceed with the booking, we will require a deposit of 30% to fully secure your booking.

The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday booking plus a security deposit of 100 Euro per apartment, will also be payable at that time. This security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of your departure.

Additional Extras

Please see below the additional services we can provide. If you require any of these services please request at the time of booking. Additional Cleans or Laundry Changes can also be requested during your holiday by speaking with the Property Manager.

Air-Conditioning

Cost = 25 Euros per Week

Remote controls will only be placed into the property if air-conditioning has been requested for at the time of booking. Should you wish to purchase the use of air-conditioning whilst here, it will cost an additional 10 Euros. Please speak with the Property Manager should you require this service on arrival.

Welcome Pack

Cost = 18 Euros

A Welcome Pack can be provided to ensure you have some basic supplies on your arrival.

For two week stays a Mid-Stay clean is provided. However, should you require any additional cleans or a laundry change these can be provided at a small additonal charge. Cots and High Chairs are also available for hire.
